QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
Inspection of incoming and outgoing materials, parts and assemblies. Ideal candidate is experienced using measurement tools and has an intermediate level of drawing reading. Aerospace quality inspection a plus. 3-5 years of experience required.
ENGINEER
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years experience with a 3D CAD design software package
•Experience in creation, modification, and interpretation of technical engineering drawings
•Basic knowledge of composites manufacturing techniques, materials, and terminology
•Experience with shop tools and measurement equipment commonly used in composites fabrication
•Detail oriented and self motivated, ability to be productive with little or no supervision
•Strong written communication and organizational skills
•Ability to effectively communicate with customers and various shop personnel
•Willingness to learn and research current and future technologies related to composites
•Ability to work well under pressure and short timelines when necessary
Additional Qualities Preferred:
•Experience in composite tooling design
•Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality control practices
•Knowledge of FAA – PMA and STC procedures
•Experience with CNC operation and/or programming
•Experience with process engineering and documentation
SALES MANAGER
Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: President
Position Summary:
Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Assists other departments within LEC to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
- Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
Physical Requirements:
Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
The performance of this position will require travel to various places (i.e. trade shows, visiting clients, etc.).
